Diego Jerez approaches Miami new construction the way he spent his career approaching enterprise software: understand the numbers first, recommend second.

He is a real estate advisor with eXp Realty, focused on new construction and pre-construction across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Before real estate, he spent eight years in enterprise sales and international business development across the United States and Latin America — running monday.com’s commercial operation for South America, where he generated more than $500,000 in recurring revenue within six months of launch and led a six-person commercial team; managing enterprise portfolios at Euromonitor International; and helping scale a SaaS platform from $2M to $8M in annual transaction volume. He opened an agency’s Peru office and brought it to break-even in seven months.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes and works in English and Spanish.

That background is the reason this site exists. Buying pre-construction means committing capital years before a building is delivered — on the strength of a developer’s track record, a deposit schedule, a rental policy and a floor plan. Those are analytical decisions, and most of the information needed to make them is scattered, outdated, or written to sell.

Rather than representing a single development, Diego tracks the entire Miami pipeline and compares projects on the terms that actually change the outcome: location, developer, the price and when it was last confirmed, deposit structure, rental restrictions, expected delivery and long-term positioning.

His approach is deliberately unglamorous: publish what can be verified, say plainly what cannot, and give buyers what they need to decide for themselves.
